can any1 tell me earnmybux is scam or nt?

I'm a member of "cashmybux" they are from the same owner of the MybuxNetwork, who also own earnmybux, I haven't' been paid yet because I have also recently joined. But from what I have been told they do pay. But some site said they were a scam because one user got mad because the My bux Networks were late in paying them and he reported them as a "not paying site" just because he never got paid right when he wanted to be paid, but after the long drawn out drama, he got paid and he made a public apology to the admin of the "MybuxNetworks".. They do pay but I hear it takes a little while to get paid ( so Ive been told) .. If I get paid then I'll probably join earnmybux and the other mybuxnetwork sites as well..
