I Made A Mistake

That could have been an embarrassing disaster. I ordered a book on Amazon.com. A simple book of poetry. But instead of sending it to my address, I accidentally sent it to my sister's address. Although, I called her and told her about it ahead of time, by the time it got to her, she had forgot and opened it. She thought it was for her, because it was addressed to her. When I think of all the things it could have been(if I was the same person I use to be)I take a deep breath and thank God. I will be visiting with her and the children on Thanksgiving and I can pick it up then. Have you ever made an innocent mistake, that could have had terrible consequences? Do tell me about it.

My sister did that once with eggs when we were little. All of a sudden, we heard this loud pop. I don't think we ever found the egg. I have always wondered what happened to it.

I'm just glad that your sister got it and it didn't get sent to someone else. Enjoy your Thanksgiving Rozie, and keep warm!

If it were something bad, I would have hoped that anyone get it, besides a family member. I am so glad it was just an innocent book of poetry.
