unlimited referrals for $5?

I have found a site supposedly offering everything you need to be successful in PTC sites and software and ebooks to get you referrals. The package costs $5. What do you think? I am very tempted to pay the $5! Should I invest in this package? I do not want to post the link so I will PM you it if you want to check it out. I will post a screenshot instead. Tell me what your opinions and thoughts.
The screenshot below shows what they are supposedly giving for $5.

I don't believe in this. Its not actually possible. Again they will just tell the tips that we know. Just scams.

I have successfully concluded that it is a scam and have decided to save my money instead of being scammed. Thank you and to everyone else for helping me decide against it and for responding to the discussion with very helpful replies! Happy mylotting everyone!

well i dont trust that type of sites and 90% of that sites are spam and i ill not use those type of sites and i ill use the only trusted site like ziddu and caio and also mylot....

Like you, I usually do not trust any site selling these kind of products. However, this one caught my attention because of the low price and it is for referrals. I have been looking for a way to gain referrals for a long time. Thank you for sharing your opinion.

LOL. Software for getting referrals. Do you think this will bring you referrals. But if what your image is saying is true then you will get some good contents. But i don't think you will get referral with softwares.

That is why I am asking here. 
I do not know about the software, but e-books can sometimes have some helpful advice. If this is a scam, it is one of the cheapest scams out there. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I have decided not to spend $5 thanks to you.
