Can money buy happiness?

What do you think? Can money buy happiness? I've heard this on movies and tv shows, but i want to know everyone opinion about this.

Money is very important for getting the basic necessities. If one has too much of it he may find that it does not give as much happiness as it does a man in need. Cheers!!
