My teen's self expression!

My teen daughter is very stylish and wants to change her hair to a very colorful contrast from her natural color...I know teens need to express theirselves and often do through hair styles and style. But how much is to much? Should I let her do this and just take lots of pics so that when she grows up we can laugh about?lol

my son also want to express hisself but at times he go far by putting blue and green in his hair.and the way he dress he suck at it.i tell him kool it down and stop bring attention to himself it seems he wants to be seen iam affraid he will attract the wrong attention.
