Are You A Probationary Or Regular Employee??

I was a regular employee for 9 years, but that was 3 years ago. I decided to resigned because I was not permitted to go on leave for 3 months. I enrolled myself for a 3 month review classes for my foreign exam. That was what I wanted to do. And I believed if you really put your heart into it you will succeed. So that yes I passed the NCLEX exam for nurses. I didn't have regrets of doing that even though I am still here in my own country and unemployed.lol. It's my choice to stay even if there's job waiting around. But I can say during the times when I was here all along, I realized I missed what it's like being a house wife and a mother to my kids. I love the feeling of being here at home, unemployed yet it's worth it.
