[i]Hi Chevee, Thanks for sharing these tips and surely it will help a lot of people to calm down, I have a problem about this, when I am mad, I tend to talk a lot and express myself because I feel that in that way, I will feel better but i know that there are painful words that I am uttering! So, having these tips will help me a lot but that attitude of mine was very rampant when I was still working and having a lot of stress! LOL![/i]

Sounds like a plan, but I already have one of my own that I got from a Jimmy Buffet song, "Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On".. It works as I repeat it to myself quite a few times a day.. These are great tips for Christmas shopping..
