Is Graduate School a Good Idea?

I am finishing up college and think someday I will want to get a master's or PhD degree. I am wondering what experiences all of you have had for graduate school. Did you find the GREs to be hard? Did it cost you a lot of money to go? How long did it take for you to earn your degree? And, most importantly, was it worth it??
