Please read this item below: ------------------------------------------------- This looks like an attempt (again) to scam fellow article writers. The thing about this guy is that there are a set of keywords he wants you to put into the article (usually around 6 times excluding the title) then he'll steal your article then sell it to a website. You have been warned. Reply to: itech.phones@yahoo.com [?] Date: 2008-10-24, 12:53PM PHT looking for ghostwriter that will do article for websites and blogs I sell books such as How to Sculpture, camping these are just a few books that i sell and i need a writer that would do a series of articles around a set keywords for article directories and blogs Payment would be payed threw Paypal the payment for each article with 500-600 words would be $2 USD ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I hate to say this, but yes most Filipino writers are getting projects with $1-$3 per article rate due to less writing opportunities in the country. But most of the abusers are also Filipinos. Come to think that we are not getting the fair rate and oftentimes the credit, and here comes someone who want to violate our Intellectual Property. This is too abusive. Writers, let's be cautious on this matter.

I have done my research on this and with all these exploitations, we should spread the word to warn each and every writer who fall for this fools! The average pay in the US for blog/SEO article is $25 so why are we paid with $1-$2 per article only?

I only found out today that there are many writing scams over craiglist. Too bad for all the victims. Let's spread the word. ---------------------------------------------- I'll quote one post from craiglist: PLEASE BE WARNED OF A CERTAIN BRUCE JACOBS - BBC NEWS his e-mail is: article.rewriters@gmail.com WE'VE FOUND OUT THAT HE HAS NEVER PAID ANY OF HIS WRITERS. I CAME ACROSS 2 MORE WRITERS THAT WROTE FOR HIM AND THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT, EVEN A SINGLE CENT. I ALSO WROTE FOR THIS GUY...AFTER I FINISHED PASSING THE ARTICLES, HE NEVER REPLIED ANYMORE. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD. HE EVEN OFFERED A FREE ALLIANZ HEALTHCARE PLAN TO EACH WRITER. PLS. SPREAD THE WORD SO THAT NO ONE WILL BE SCAMMED BY THIS COLD-HEARTED PERSON, EVER AGAIN... TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE FROM THIRD-WORLD COUNTRIES IS SOMETHING THAT THIS BRUCE JACOBS HAS DONE SO BADLY. * Location: home-based * Compensation: $25 / DAY * Telecommuting is ok. * This is a part-time job. * OK to highlight this job opening for persons with disabilities * Principals only.
