well I am a gamer but not as much and I don't play those insanely graphic games like WoW or some other insane games out there. I acutally dont play as much also maybe just sometimes whenever i'm bored since i'll be starting college soon.

Hi Intense Good day, my friend.. I'm a Mac user.. owned macbook, macbook pro, imac.. If you're a gamer.. macbook is a no no to you.. as for the newest high-end MacBook Pro model which have the graphics processing firepower the Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT chip to finally give hard-core video game players what they want. For guys who want to have gaming, but don't want to spend too much on "Alienware" macbook pro is another opt..If you're a university students you get a student % off when they buy apple products...Right? Of cause for windows.. you can get good machine for less than $1500 which is also a bombshell gaming machine.. Happy myLotting Have a Cheerful Day!!

Well i also had the same question as you. I've heard many resons why to get either a Mac or a PC. If your looking for a user friendly environment then i would suggest Mac. Mac is good for Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver except Video Based Adobe Products do not work on Macs im told. If your a gamer then windows is for you. Mac does not support DX10 (Direct X 10) i believe. I heard they supoort up to DX8. I suggest if your going to be gaming the build the computer yourself. Custom mades are the best for gaming because you decide what you want.

If you are a gamer - Windows based laptop If you enjoy high quality editing - Windows (professional movie editors use windows based programs) If you have any sense- Windows based laptop. DO NOT GET RIPPED AND BUY A DELL HOWEVER!
