What are you doing with a puppy 3 weeks old?
NO PUPPY SHOULD BE SEPARATED FROM ITS MOTHER OR LITTER MATES BEFORE 8 WEEKS
It is unlikely to survive and even if it does will be hard or impossible to train.
If you bought this from a dealer you should report him, in civilised countries it is against the law.

I was kinda worried about that too, urban. It was a gift from my boyfriend. Her mom is in their house. I might return it because I'm afraid she won't survive and I'll be really heartbroken.
