Coinsurf is a scam

Previously I joined coinsurf after I've checked out that coinsurf did pay in some hyip monitor website. But end up, when my ad pack is expire and I request for payment, they asked me to deposit 50% of my withdraw amount before I can get my money! I'm not falling for that again!
