Times are tough all over

I had just found out from my boyfriend that he had gotten layed off at his job. He is a welder. In fact, he was one out of 45 guys that got layed off- his last day is tomorrow. There are about 5 manufacturing plants here in our town in South Dakota and all of them are laying off workers. No one knows for sure as to how long. Right now, retail and fast food are the main employers here. How are things where you are at?

As a matter of fact, the coutry I am in is also changing everyday by the influence of economical crisis.All the coutries are thinking how to solve the problem,letting us get the normal development of economic.The govement are trying to take some measures to reduce the loss it may make.And I believe it will pass away soon.
