A way I make money.

I currently am unemployed and fresh out of college. While sitting at home one day trying desperately to come up of ways to make a living on my own. I hate working for other people. I like to be well organized and have a say in whats going on. I started thinking if I could throw socials for some kind of event and profit off of it without losing a dime that it would be genius. Well sure enough I started out with a Chili cook out. I called around for days trying to get a price on a reasonable hall. I then started looking for people who were interested in being in a chili cook out. I got some responses after advertising to my friends and family and on a site called facebook and kijiji. Sure enough I had enough people to get involved with the cook out. I then started organizing the dates and getting tickets and more advertisement out. After weeks of planning and hours of work done from home I finally was able to hold the cook out. I turned out great and I walked away with a ton of money. Some people figure it should go with a charity or what ever, But personally I am my own charity as we all are. We need our break every now and then. This big chunk of money was put directly on a student loan I had to take last year to complete college. I had to work hard to accomplish this goal but it paid out good in the end. If you do it for a good cause and not a lie then I think its worth it. There was a lot more to it that I never mentioned but people get the point. Do you think this was greedy for me to do? Or do I deserve the turn out I get at events that I plan and the money that I make?

That is an excellent way of making money. In the near future I will throw parties, socials, and other events such as yours to earn a little extra cash. Really what better way is there to make money than having the time of your life while doing it. Makes perfect sense.

Well it made sense at the time of the thought, somewhat during, but defiantly at the end it was well worth it. When I got frustrated with things or overwhelmed I just thought of what a good out come it could possibly have. Just if you do it don't do it for fake causes, create a event and make it a blast.
