Are you ready for Black Friday? / myLot

So who will be taking part in this tradition of Day after Thanksgiving sales? I see Wal-Mart has already geared up on some decent deals, and wonder what exactly will be the big ones...I think they keep them a secret up until the day of. Personally, I have not taken part in this tradtition since I was right out of college. One reason (even though it sounds stupid) is because I am broke. But I know what will happen I will get in the mess and overspend like most do. So if and when you take part... What are your strategies? DO you pick one big item to shoot for? And what do you think about the people on this day? Share your black Friday woes here please.

I love black Friday, but I'm not a shopper, I'm a person who walks around the mall to see old friends I haven't see all year. I'll get myself a pretzle and a coke and just people watch, then I'll go to a music store and look around and then I'll hit the candy store and buy some sours. I usually do all my shopping early so I don't have to rely on sales.

I only have one thing in my mind. I would go for the laptop. The best deal. and i am looking for the store that has the biggest deal. Thats i guess the startegy, you should already know what you want to buy to save you time and effort, and go to the store that you think gives the biggest deals.
