Is Doyoo.com only for UK residents to earn money?

I want to join doyoo.com but i want to know one thing. Is it true that to earn money thru that site you have to be a UK resident. I am from India.

International members are paid via Amazon vouchers, it can come in handy if you buy things from Amazon

When I make search ciao and want to see if there is some sites like ciao, I find this site but it is really only for US members.

In dooyoo, you cannot get cash unless you are the UK residence, but you can still redeem the points with the gift certificate from amazon.co.uk. For me it is quite worthy, because I could buy things, and sell it again in my country because they sell things very cheap there. It needs more work to make cash from it, but it is still a good opportunity.
