What do you mean? Barack Obama is prepared to lead his country into a future where the color of your skin doesn't matter and, whatever your country or creed, you will be considered a member of the human race. Barack Obama is technically half 'White American' and half 'Kenyan'. I don't think he has any 'slave' blood in his genes (as if that mattered). Most 'Americans' have a very mixed ancestry. White, black, red, yellow ... or blue or green: what does it matter? I agree that there are many cultures in America - people who feel proud to be different, whether it is their skin color, the state they were born in or their association with some political ethos. The President of the United States represents all of them in a united front to the rest of the world. He cannot be biased towards one or another. I am confident that Barack Obama is a true American who will show the world that his country can rise above all differences of color, creed and race ... if only he is allowed!
