ABS-CBN right now is featuring the correspondent's annive special (I guess). I just had a glimpse of the original correspondents, and I saw Ed Lingao.
I believe he is one of my favorite personalities. Growing up back then would mean watching Noli de Castro, and be annoyed by Mike Enriquez's style of reporting or seeing Arnold Clavio.
Anyways, thank God, because of correspondent I began discovering Ed Lingao and other people.
Who is your favorite news and public affairs persona?
Ed Lingao started the trend of the shawl.

when it comes to female news and public affairs personality i always admire korina sanchez maybe because of her personality. she's so tough, pretty, and full of humor. with male personalities i like alex santos because he's good looking.lol

For female news and public affairs personality I've always like Korina Sanchez with her beauty and characters. For male news and public affairs personality I would choose Henry Omaga-Diaz and Gus Abelgas..

We are watching the same show tonight, Karamellized!
Hmmm... I would probably choose Korina Sanchez. Not only because I already saw her in person but also because of her personality. She looks tough, strong and unafraid to tackle sensitive issues in our nation. Not to mention that she is also pretty, hehehe. By the way, she won the Ka Doroy Broadcaster of the Year Award this year given by the KBP Golden Dove Awards.
