Peppermint candy has been around a long time. I remember when I was a little girl I would used to go to the store and buy this big stick of peppermint candy for 5 cents. I mean the stick that you could not bite you would have to break it with something hard like a hammer. Now they have come up with a large variety of flavors for peppermint candy. I like the old fashion kind of peppermint candy. Peppermint candy has been used in different ways. My grandmother said it was good for colds why I don't know. Some people use it to freshen their breath. A guy I used to work with would keep some of this candy for his breath because he was trying to hide the alcohol smell. Candy peppermint canes are used for Christmas decorations. Do you like peppermint candy? Do you know of any more uses for peppermint candy?
