Saddam Hussein sentenced to death? Is it justified?

I think it is a correct judgement, even though we had good terms with iraq during his reign in past...whats your point of view

no it is not justified.with judges being changed during the trial and lawyers being killed, it does not seems to be justified.with the kind of responses it will bring about it is not the right decision to hang saddam.now that he has been killed, it will lead to the birth of more saddams..this should have been avoided.

i think this is the best example given by america by putting step forward against "ONE MAN SHOW"..saddam is supporting TERRORISM too so i think this is a good positive start from america..i appreciate Mr. Bush for this atleast.
