Lose weight with Oreo's ?????

I just got an e mail with the title Drop Pounds with Oreo's , Reeses shakes. It's called "Slim Shakes". Now you may not know it, but indulging your cravings for these sweet tastes on a daily basis is the worst possible way to try to loose weight. When you change your life style and make an effort to eat healthy foods every day, of course you have to give that sweet tooth some attention at first or it'll blind side you and completely work you over, but to try to loose weight by indulging those cravings every day? The more you eat healthy foods and get enough exercise, the less cravings you will have. My advice. . . Don't waste your money on diet drinks, etc. EAT HEALTHY as much as possible and get some exercise. The clever marketing ploys that these companies come up with just make me furious! They really don't care whether you loose weight or not, or whether you get healthier, just that you buy their product.

It is amazing how many people fall for it. The more sugar i consume the more i crave it, These days i stick to healthy snacks (such as fruit) and very occasionally eat granola to satisfy my sweet tooth. Of course it took me forty plus years to start doing it!LOL

Yep, the whole point is to give your body the nutrition it needs in order to turn off those sugar cravings, and retrain your taste buds.

They make me angry too. What about all these ten girls that believe this stuff and would try anything to lose weight? This is the perfect way to become a diabetic also. There is no way that this works.
