Thank you for the article. I am a vegetarian and I am hosting Thanksgiving at my house for a large number of people. I haven't always been vegetarian so I do know how to cook for meat eaters. I plan on having the usual Thanksgiving staples and having some vegetarian dishes as well so that everyone can have a good time and not feel uncomfortable.
