Which survey sites don't make you do those stupid trial deals?

Does anyone know survey sites where you just answer questions? All the survey sites I've found make you sign up for trials and offers. =/

SurveySpot is by far the best. Their surveys pay $1-5 each time usually, but sometimes even more. No trials involved, no cost at ALL to you. You should definitely check it out.
