Some say contentment and success goes hand in hand-so most of the time we consider ourself successful when we become contented with what we achieved or reached but in reality -its just a state of mind... contentment can also be a basis of happiness-but of course we all deal and measure our happiness differently thats why we never really know contentment is also equal to happiness or maybe its just because we have to settle for something.. All i can say is contentment can be really tricky at times

I guess when people has already achieved their main goal, they set up to another goal and try to achieve more that's why they can't be contented.

Man's desires are said to be insatiable. So, if you're talking about contentment, there's false contentment but there's no absolute contentment. False contentment is when you settle for something but deep in your heart you desire for more. But this doesn't say it's about everything. We are somewhat contented about some things while not for other things. That makes a person unique, because what someone may feel he's contented of may not be enough for the other. Let's take for example body type, some people are contented with their skin color while others want to lighten or darken it. Some people may be content of their body features like nose, eyes, etc, while others opt for plastic surgery. Generally speaking though, no one would consider himself/herself 100% content. There will always be something missing. Something that we want more of.
