Is your earnings decreasing at mylot?

Well I don't know, my monthly total just this minute went up by 9 cents, although when I checked, yesterday's earnings hadn't altered at all. And sometimes I have a lost a cent or two. I have heard all the possibilities, maybe they are right, but I don't much care as long as I keep going up each day. Lash

That is quite a normal thing that would happen to your earnings from time to time. Sometimes when some discussions or responses have been deleted you would see that your earnings would be decreased and sometimes, which I am still not sure why, the earnings would also be increased. This has happened to me a couple of times. I had seen the amount decreased a few cents for the earnings on some days and at times I would get some increment to the earnings for other days. I think the myLot is doing some audit on the postings and therefore, some adjustments are done to make sure that people got their earning fairly given to them and those who do not deserve would get what they deserve. As such, we must be very careful when we start a discussion or when we respond to a discussion to make sure that we do not do something that violates the guidelines that have been set by myLot or we would see this happening to our earnings. no it is not. it ha sincraesed a few cents as of now. it can also decrease. it all happens due to some mylot adjustments. so it is not rare.

maybe some of ur responses or discussion have got deleted, i have never seen such problem with me...that is the only possible reason, i think...u can check ur discussions or replies.

I really dont thing that once they updated the earnings that they change it till the next day. I know thats never happend to me before. But its possible for that to happen unless if you saw the wrong number by mistake or werent sure what the morning number was.

Your earnings change all the time and are never finalised until the next month which is why it takes them until the 15th to sort out the payout. Every time they delete a discussion the money from that is re-distributed to everyone else. You can tell when a discussion is deleted as you activity number goes down. I know when the payments go down as I keep a record. If you have lots of time you can actually work out which discussion was deleted by working your way through your activity list. If you hit the response it will take you to the discussion. If the discussion has been deleted you will get that message so you can work out what was deleted. I did this a couple of times because I was puzzled. I am careful what I respond to and some of the discussions that have been deleted in my view did not fail the guidelines so I can only assume that someone reported the discussion just because they did not like the discussion.

This does happen from time to time during every month. It could be that a discussion yoiu started or one that you responded to has been deleted. At the same time sometimes earning will increase as well. Then itcould be because some discussions which you had not responded to were deleted so your earning will rise for the day the posts were made. Maybe a member resigned or was banned or perhaps the income for the day was higher than anticpated which means more money to be shared amongst the members who posted on that particular day. There are any number of reasons why earnings can change. Personally I find it easier not to worry about the changes on any one particular day. In the end it all balances out and if you reach minimum payout by the end of the month, you will be paid the folowing month. If you are really concerned about the earnings decrease, then I suggest that perhaps you should send a pm to myLot admin and ask them. They really are the only ones who would know.

I understand the decreasing of earnings is due to the deletion of the discussion. But I just noticed that my earnings have been increased by 15 cents, perhaps in these few hours. I do not know why this happened.

Hi nishdan. Earning in mylot is still confusing to many members including mine. I guess only what might have happened when I find fluctuation in my earnings in either ways. If some discussions are deleted and my comments were there, it is likely that my earnings will reduce. I am not sure if it is fair, but it reminds me that before responding to discussion I have to see that there are no chances of getting the discussion deleted at later stage. That is not bad, this way mylot discussion/posting can strive for getting perfection.

Oh, then perhaps your money is transferred to my account ;-) I don't know what happened today too. My earnings is actually increasing from 31 cents to now 37 cents during these few hours. This happened to my husband's earnings too. We both also don't know why. I was just thinking whether to open an discussions about this ;-)
