What is your worst shopping experience?

I was in a bazaar once and saw luxury cosmetics on sale. I knew they were legit but when I got home and opened all my newly purchased make-up, I found out that they were no good anymore because they were probably expired. They had funky smell and weird consistency. I threw away a wad of money for spoiled goods, to think I was getting a bargain!!!

I am crazy for colors. And some colors usually pull me more than other colors, and I have bought so many things that I do not need that are green in color. While I was doing my groceries, I saw a Listerine mouthwash that is turqoise. And the color was really interesting, and I bought it just there and then, and not even trying to read what it says at the back and what the mouthwash is really for. When I got home and tried it, it was the nastiest tasting mouthwash of all. And because of that, I didn't use mouthwash for quite a while and I eventually finished it and learnt my lesson on not getting things just because of their color.
