Advice on Sign Up Offers evaluation...

Hi MyLottians,
I have just bought a package at Clixncash that gives me credits in the Sign Up Offer section. My ad is now running live and I have received one completed sign up. However, when I check my ref stats, I cannot find the userid that was reported in the form submitted to me...in fact there was no new ids in my ref list. I have sent the person an email to highlight on this issue and informed him that if he do not reply to my email or if I do not see his id in my ref list, I will deem that the offer was incomplete.
Am I wasting my time to send the person an email. Should I just deny his sign up? Thank you for your comments...

I have been reading on mylot about clixncash as I am going to sign up to it. I thought paying to upgrad in programs gives you referrals that joined the site but didn't have a referer and I would not see any problem for people to be fraudulent... Am I missing something?

I just wanted to add... Even though I don't understand the whole system yet because I am not a clixncash member yet... But if the person is fraudulent, sending them an email is not going to make them active.. Don't waste your time. Maybe you just need to revise your strategies about getting referrals. Take care.

I just checked the site and I found out that I signed up to this site a looong time ago but forgot about it.

Thanks for your response. I wanted to just informed them that they may have made a mistake. However, I have noted that they are repeat offenders and I just email the admin to report these users. I feel that they should be properly dealt with. I am looking elsewhere to get referrals.
