Do you buy your pet presents at Christmas? And do you fix them a plate of food after everyone has ate? My dogs love this time of year. I swear they are just like kids. My one dog watches as I cook knwing that when I am done she and the other three get all the left overs. And I always make sure I get them something for Christmas. Usually I get them special treats...and new collars. Any time I get one a new collar they walk around showing it off and sit a little taller. Do you spoil your pets during the holidays?

Hallo. Your dogs are very lucky. I have 4 dogs, but I never buy them presents for Christmas. But I do fix them snacks and I always give them the left overs. But they usually get this throughout the year, so I don't think myne realize this is a special time in the holidays. LOL

i already bought my cat's christmas present a little early--a cat tree, and he is already using it. but i will probably put small stuff in his stocking, mostly cat treats. he doesnt need toys. he has enough of that. and his scratchboards arent worn out yet. my late dogs and cat--i bought them those kitty and doggy stockings.

My pets don't get any human leftovers unless it's pieces of fruits and veggies leftover. But they do get presents! They also get me presents (okay, I get myself presents, lol). I have 2 rabbits, 3 finches, and 2 foster guinea pigs this year. I haven't got their presents yet but I can tell you that the one rabbit is probably getting a wicker basket to destroy since he loves that (he's 13 years old and still gets great joy out of destroying things). The other rabbit loves fling toys but she already has so many. I might get her a bed since she won't chew it up. And the finches will get some spray millet. The guinea pigs don't enjoy toys so I'll give them a bigger pile of veggies on Christmas.

I have 4 dogs and 2 cats, so usually I buy collars for the dogs and toys for the cats. The dogs seem to know it is a fun and special day for them as well. The cats..... could care less as usual. LOL!

We will usually buy Trixie, our chinchilla a gift for Christmas. This year we are buying her a new little wooden house. She does not really eat people food, but she will get an extra treat today. She likes dried banana chips, or raw rolled oats.

My three will surely be getting something in their stockings. I have put their stockings up already, and will be buying treats from now until Christmas so that they have a full stocking since they've been good all year lol!

Oh yes I always buy the pets gifts at Christmas. Gerbils get colored wood chews, Birds get new toys or seed treats, cat gets catnip toys, dog gets new toy. We're down to just the cat and dog nowadays, but it's still fun to buy them gifts. As for a plate, our dog is spoiled and gets scraps all the time. Holidays just means alot more of them.

Yes most definite. They are so special, I feel like giving them gifts all the time though. I'm planning to get mine a few new chew toys or maybe a bed this X-Mas.

How could you not buy your pet a present? They are part of the family! My cat usually gets toys, which he plays with for 2 seconds and then ignores! I also get him a new litter box, or dish.
