Why can't God love His children unconditionally?

In the Christian tradition, the burden of the original sin is a millstone around a human's neck. I must admit I can't understand why Adam and Eve were expelled for their sins, since they weren't offered a system of value through which they could have used in order to distinguish good from evil. In this context, I keep wandering why God can't love His children unconditionally? Why his children are splitted in two camps "believers" and "non-believers": this separation seems to highlight that, in God's eyes, human soul has no genuine value, the only ones wothing being those that choose His way. Is the soul of a "non-believer" worthless in the eyes of God?

God is Love! God Loves Absolutely! Absolute love demands Absolutely Nothing! Christianity is a Scam that was invented 1500 years age. This Scam depends on its victims being frightened into giving money to the Christian Religion on the pretense of saving their souls from Hell-fire and Brimstone. The true God (not the Christian God) does not send anyone to Hell. Every soul is valued by God. God does not distinguish between good and evil. For generations the church punished its parishioners for eating fish on Fridays. This was easy money for the Catholic Church and had nothing whatever do do with God. Believers and Non-believers are equal in the sight of the True God!

When we give to the church it is not that we are frightened for any hell fire you are talking about. We give because we love the church, we give for God without asking of anything in return. Yes we give to support the church for we want our church to be maintained, to have lights to have water, to be cleaned , to be adorned with flowers, just the same as you said , we love our church unconditionally. God called us to abstained on friday but I dont abstain during Friday, I ate everything that God is giving me and i thank him for all this food and amenities and some I returned to him in giving to the church. And if I go to hell by eating meat on friday because I loved too, then i will be happy to go to hell and never been afraid. Barehug, I have many friends everywhere I go. I talk, i bearhug to the lowless of the poor, i embrace them and I give what I can,i share, give them with no return, they answer me with their smiles and laughter, I have no enemy either. i am happy if i've been scamed. Happy posting

i think the reason why God cast Adam and Eve out from the Garden of Eden is because they disobeyed Him. He told them not to eat the fruit, but they still did. So the main sin was disobedience. and, i think the reason why God can't love all humans, even those how don't believe in Him is because we have to first acknowledge we are sinful. even so, we have to acknowledge that the only person who can take away our sins is Jesus. if we don't acknowledge this, how can God even love us? for God is holy, we are unholy. God hates sin, we have sin.

God hates sin? I'm not sure that I understand, maybe because my vision of God is an equation with no "Hate" variable within. God can't hate sin, since what we conceptualize as sin, is the alteration of a value - theoretically promoted by God. In Middle Ages, Christians were told that God hates the fact that they eat fish (fish was the symbol of Jesus, prior to the commerical introduction of the cross). Do you believe that God changed His mind in regard to the consumption of fish? I doubt it. In this context I conclude that God can't hate sin, because God can't hate.

hmm, but that would be your interpretation of who God is to you. i take my interpretation from the bible itself. it mentions clearly that God hates sin, that's why we cannot come to God, for we are sinful and if we do, we will just die from his holiness (this is in the bible paraphrased of course). i don't know where you got the concept that God hates fish as well. care to share? it says nowhere that he hates fish.

God does love eceryone unconditionally but like any paernt he has to didiplne us. AS a parent we teach our children right from wrong to keep them safe. If we didn't love our children we would never tell them no. So it is with God. He has put certain laws in place to keep us safe but he won't force us to follow them. If every one was allowed into heaven it would soon be like it is here now. People fighting and killing each other. God put Adam and Eve out of the garden so they couldn't eat from the tree of life which would mean that they would live forever. Just think how miserable they would be if they had eaten of that tree of life and had lived until today and have to see all the misery that is going on today. God dosen't wnt ther to be two camps he wants us all there with him. That is why He sent His Son to die on the cross and take on the sine of the world. but we have to give those sin to Jesus. God doesn't let go of us we let go of him.

My Dear Friend God loves all unconditionally . I want to give you an example . GOD is like SUN which pour its light on everyone without any discrimination . But yes if one keeps himself/herself packed in a dark room , light of sun wont reach him/her,which is not the fault of SUN . Similarly God loves all unconditionally but if someone stops believing that GOD is helping/loves all than their is no way to convince him /her But yes God loves all unconditionally for sure lol Happy Mylotting ! Take Care ! Ganesh !

Just for discussion, its like when you are at the pole , you receive the sunligh less than those who are at the equator, if it was kind of a food , the people at the equator gets more food from the sun, it looks like the love of God cannot be compare to a Sun. Just by thought, happy posting Ganesh

God loves all of His children, and His children are blessed with many beautiful things, that helps them to live the life they want. The questions lies in His children. Do they love Him back? Do they feel grateful for the blessings? That's the question. Those that do not return those, will not get the happiness, and will be punished. It's fair.

Have you ever read a Bible my friend. Actually if you read and study the Bible your questions will be answered. I once was like you...I do have loads of questions. some were answered some left not yet. But I'm in no hurry. Actually, I dont think I have the authority to question God about what He is doing and why he allow things (in general...bad or good) to happen. all I could not tell more but what quoted on John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perished but have eternal life." NIV version. you can check that out yourself.

These are just my personal thoughts on this...I believe that God loves everyone but He also expects each of us to love Him back and to follow Him and His words. He gives each person the freedom of choice from the day we're born. We're not held accountable for our actions up to a certain age b/c we're too young to understand right from wrong according to His words. Once we reach that age, we're given the choice to either follow Him or not, to follow His words or not, to believe in Him or not. He doesn't force anyone to follow or believe in Him but those that won't get into Heaven. Part of His words are that you are supposed to confess your sins to Him and ask for forgiveness. Some ppl think that you can do anything you want through your life and then ask for forgiveness at the 11th hour and all's forgiven and you still get into Heaven. I don't think it works that way...I think God knows what's in your heart and whether you are really repenting or just saying it to keep from ending up in Hell. Anyways, these are just my thoughts on... ~~AT PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG AND TRUST IN GOD**

Depends on which version of god you mean.. Before, God was seen as someone you feared and would punish you if you did wrond, now it's been changed so that they say God loves you no matter what nd will forgive you nd all that.
