My Friends almost Rape my Sister... What should I do?

I have this problem few weeks back. I have posted once but I guess it is being deleted by mylot admin/mod. Anyway, I hope I can find some solution here.
Three weeks ago, I had my sister over to stay with me because her housemate is outstation. As usual, I also have my best friend for weekend chat. We went to local pub for drink. I ask my sister to follow along. After the pub close, three of us went back to my apartment. I was drunk and went straight to my room and head for my bed. Suddenly, I heard my sister scream. I rush to her room and saw my friend almost rape her. I just ask him to leave and calm my sister down. Actually my best friend have a crush on my sister for a long time.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO HIM NOW?

What should you do to him? You mean apart from never ever talking to him again? This is really a police case. If he is not prosecuted then he has got off lightly. If it had been my sister I am sure that I would have got physical and hit him with something. His behaviour was disgusting and no allowances should be made. So he has had a crush on her. So what? It doesn't give him the right to attack her, does it?
He couldn't be a friend of mine any longer. I hope that your sister is getting over this scare. God Bless!

first off.. this is a very delicate situation to say the least. the first thing to do is talk to your friend. then handle business. i promote non violence but thats your friend. you should think of a way to make him remember, sober or drunk, that thats a bad idea.
