what has happened to osobux and smithbux? anyone else have ptc troubles?

i know osobux was sold and i have just requested payout in smithbux, but my payment never arrived in my paypal account even though my balance in stats were reset to zero. i posted a message about this on the forum, then the next day i went to check for replies and i cant login. i have been unable to log in to either site for a few days now, does anyone know what is goin on?i am a member of quite a few ptc sites but there are only a few now i am goin to be over active in, the other ones take to long for payout or have issues with constantly changing terms and conditions like famebux. famebux states u have to invest 50 percent of what u earned before getting payout, which is not good but i can handle that. it seems to make more sense to me if they pay you then u invest from that payout. but no they wont do that. so now i am trying to cashout $2. but there i nothing to invest for $1 on site. admin has the cheek to tell me to buy a referral for $1.50. he set the terms and conditions to 50 per cent investment and yet he does not provide the means to invest exactly half of the minimum payment. i am so sick of that site but i have spent far too much their on referrals to quit just yet. so ill be sticking 100 per cent with take the globe, occupex, rocknroll4cash and my number one site has to be neobux, i just received my 3rd payment from them today. i have never had a problem there i wish all other sites could follow their lead. what sites are getting up your nose and why? and what sites can you not fault?
