Do you read the labels?

When you go grocery shopping do you tend to read the labels to find out what is in the products or do you just pick what you like the best and put it in your cart? I generally do not read labels, for one thing the main ingredients are usually written so small it is hard for me to see them, I usually just put the product in y cart. What do you do?

I do not read the label, I also just put it in the cart, specially if have been buying the same product every month. What I normally check is the use-by dates, but its never been easy for me, because I am living in Egypt and most of the use-by dates are in Arabic and I can't memorized the Arabic numbers. Happy thanksgiving.

Thank you. Like you, I usually use the same products and do not bother checking the labels.

I do.I would check the label carefully especially the shelf life.In need of fresh food for families,I really care about it.More,I need to know the way of use, store if any left, thus I would never buy produts that without lable or the decription of lable is not clear.I think most people like mothers would do it as I do.

You are correct, I do check the expiration date, especially on dairy products.
