I don't eat that much bread just got to have me a biscuit this morning. Can you make homemade biscuits? I mean from scratch. I didn't make these they come off the internet as a matter of fact mines look better than these.

I make pretty good biscuits, when I make them.. My husband loves them and when my son is at home he does also.. I can make a pan of about a dozen and there are never any left.. I don't like to make them that often because they don't need that much bread, not to mention the butter and jelly that they put on them..

I have made them in the past, I made some peanut biscuits and some chocolate chip ones, and they were pretty nice. I haven't made them for ages as I'm not that big on baking, but as we're at home today I might just try making some with my little one a bit later, providing we have all the ingredients... I hope you enjoy making and eating your biscuits, I'm sure they'll be delicious! Biscuits for breakfast sound good :0)

I have never made homemade biscuits before, I love them. I had an aunt who lived in Virginia and every year when we went to visit, she would make the every morning. My mother used to make yeast rolls, they were really good, and the lovely aroma they brought to the kitchen was priceless. I have made yeast rolls one time with my mother's help. Enjoy your biscuits, and have an extra one for me.

hi friend, i love to homemade biscuits at times when i have that much of time. i am writing a recipe of what i made , if you find that easy and interesting you can try. i think its pretty easy and anyone can give it a try. the name of terbiscuit is yoghurt herb biscuit because of youghurt in it. take 2 cups of buttermilk baking mix 2/3 cup plain yoghurt 2 tbsp snipped parsley 1 tbsp snipped chives heat oven to 400 degres. mix all ingredients until soft dogh forms. beat extra 20 strokes. smooth dough into a ball on a surface dusted with baking mix . knead 5 times at least. roll the dough 1/2 inch thick. cut the floured 2 inch cutter. place on ungreased cookie sheet . bake until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. this will make 10 12 biscuits.

I love baking and homemade biscuits are my favorite items to make. Homemade biscuits are much tastier than those bought ones. We can add our favorite nuts and anything that we like to the mixture. I normally make a lot of biscuits during festivals like christmas and Esther. But now ingredients are so expensive that buying ready made biscuits are much cheaper.

I don't normally make our biscuits from scratch. I have made them before though. It's just so much easier to pop them out of a can and plop them on a pan and bake them. LOL I love homeade biscuits though and I do think they taste better than the can biscuits. My mother in law made homeade biscuits at Thanksgiving and they were so good I could have eaten a bunch of them if I wasn't trying to watch my weight. LOL

I love to bake homemade biscuits or cakes especially with my children. Me and my youngest son who is two and a half made some shortbread biscuits last week it was messy but we had a lot of fun making them. Lets face it the mess can be easily cleaned up and it was worth it just to spend that quality time with my son. Everyone loved them and they were all gone by that night and now i keep getting asked when am i going to make them again.

I've made them a few times and they've always turned out pretty good. Now that I'm living in Virginia, where everyone seems to eat biscuits and gravy as a snack, I'd better start making them more often, huh? LOL I love homemade biscuits. They're so much better than those things in a can that you just open, pull apart and bake, at least in my opinion they are. I'd love one of yours! Are you going to make enough for all of us?
