Will you easily forget the one you forgive?

Have you ever hear the saying that goes this way: "forgive and forget!" This is easily said than done, the truth is, its realy easy to forgive someone no matter how painful the things they've done to you. When they say sorry our melts right then and there and we right away says... forget about it..you are already forgiven. But...on the other hand... It's really hard to forget of what they have done to us. Years may pass but still the memory keeps coming back. Good for you if you're is free indeed because you may remember what happen but your heart is already free. As a song says; I remember the boy but I dont remember the feelings anymore! Its good if its like that...but, if not...well, you need to brace yourself or else th next time you know....the damage has been done again.
