problem to login computer

hello there ...i just get this problem 2 week before....the problem is when i want to log-in to my account it keeping saying log-in and then login off .....i try to get in with safe mode but its still same....sorry im from asian..

hmm..
it happened once whn i installed a program n then it kept on restarting..
