hey buddy don't worry !! this is not bad !! for male height 5'5" to 5'10" is normal and considering good in society [ regarding Indian society ] I'm a physio , so as far as my view you are absolutely perfect . But if you want 1-2 inch more then do excercise regularly up to 20 years .. you may grow . [but not necessary ] ok... then don't worry !!

Our heights sometimes can be inherited. It is in the genes depending on the height of your mother's genes and father's genes. If we take one side as small with average height as 5"5 and your father's side 5'8 then the average height you would become won't reach 2 or 3 inches higher than 5'8. But if both genes carries tall height genes then most probably you gets taller too. Other factor is age, guys really have slower height functions. Since you are 18 years old, you still have chances to get taller than 5'7. Stretching exercise is one way to stretch your bones, as well as drinking milk. What else? Well, i guess it is really on the genes when it comes to heights. hehehe

I think 5'7 is good, there's nothing wrong with it. I don't think you can grew any higher after 18 years old? Because I haven't grew since 16 years old so maybe it's genetics. Again, your height is normal so get comfortable with it.

5.7 is normal height only but i'm 6.2 feet long and i'm proud of my height because people get attracted for my height and i suppose you play basketball to increase your height if you are under22..if you are more than that..you just can feel for wasting your time for asking suggestions which are not going to work..happy mylotting..

Tushavi. You are still young and will probably grow for a few more years yet. I really would not worry about this. Most girls are smaller than this if thats what you are worried about. I bet you grow a bit more by your 21 years. My brother is 5*7 and he copes very well. Please do not worry too much about this and take care. Drink plenty of milk because you are still growing and it helps your bones to be big and strong.

I am 5'8, 17, and of course male. I think it is a fine height and you should not be ashamed of it. One major thing that may be restricting your height is your posture. Other than that only bone growth truly has an effect on height. You are around the age when you stop growing, so adjust according to. I think 5'7 is a perfectly normal height for a guy.

hey buddy height has been an all time concern for guys. well include diet which has lot of calcium. make a regular workouts like pull ups and rope work. this ll support ur growth of bones.. and another issue is height has something to do with genes also(genetic).
