Few sales on cafepress

I sold another t-shirt last week. That's two for this month which is a record for me. I have sold six shirts and one magnet on cafepress in a year. It's not much, but better than nothing. I always get a good feeling knowing someone liked something I designed well enough to pay good money for it!

I've actually done a lot of my designs just using Windows PaintBrush. Surprisingly, those seem to be the favorites of the customers for the guinea pig rescue's site.

You don't have to be a designer, just have a way to put picture or words into photo format and upload them to the site. You can look at my site from my profile if you like. There are some really good stores on cafepress. I wish I had better software for my comp so I could do better designs.

Oh!! really? that's interesting!! you mean you are earning also by submitting a design? you are not selling any item? just your designs and the people would buy that? Cool!!

I've had more sales lately than usual because it's the holiday season. But like you I don't have that many. I think I've sold like 2 calendars this whole month, lol. And an ornament starring my lovely rabbit Floppy. I do designs for the guinea pig rescue as well though and they've been having better luck than me. So I'm glad to hear that people will buy my designs to support a good cause. I do a lot of designs combining my artwork and photography.

I use photo's also. I do wish I had a better photo program. Sometime to make everything look more professional. What program do you use for your designs?

I mostly use either PhotoShop or Windows Paint. Sometimes I use other programs but those are definitely my main two. The funny thing is, most people like the designs I do with Paint, which is a very simple program that just comes with Windows. But you can make cool things with it. For example, here's a design I made for the guinea pig rescue: http://www.cafepress.com/occh.6770644

I like your designs. The guinea pig is very cute! You have different takes on him too, which is good. Good luck with sales.

Hey sunnflr. I was wondering where you've been lately. I haven't been on here all that much myself. Congrats on selling your shirts on cafepress. Very cool. You must be quite creative. I have heard of cafepress but never checked it out. Guess I need to do that.

Well, it's only the one design that's selling on shirts. That's the thing people seem to like best on my site. It's a funny saying about lineman.I'm just glad they like something. Good to talk to you again!

Hi sunnflr, Congrats on your sale. I have not sold anything on Cafepress, but have not put up much there either.

Thanks. I have most of the same stuff up that I've had from the beginning. I did add two new designs this last month. Hopefully people will like them.
