What would you feel when someone tells 'I LOVE YOU,that's why"

To those who have heard and experienced a situation when someone told you that he/she loves you, thats why...What would be your reaction? I know this would sound broad topic, but every comment is welcome. We will make some follow up discussions afterwards. To those who say, "I LOVE YOU" to someone, do you mean it?

When I fall in love, i fell very hard. And when I say "I love You" that is true. However, when i said that word to the person I loved, I did not received a response. I hope he will realized that.
