after the big concert hit of Rihanna and Chris Brown -
here comes another.
Side A, Freestyle and MYMP. just for a night
when my cousin sent me a text message regarding about this event, i was frustrated and upset and on the verge of bursting - exaggerating of course but you can relate to it most especially when you live in Cebu.
lol.
all of the big concerts are just in Manila. and Side A, mymp and freestyle - i happen to be a big fan of these three really great bands.
i guess i just have to wait for them in Sinulog - if ever they'll be invited. lol.
are you guys gonna watch it? if so, i hope you'll post the videos you recorded in youtube. LOL. what a year really. from beyonce to rihanna and to chris brown and alicia keys - and oh, even michael learns to rock. lol.

ooooh...I can totally relate with you! I use to live in Manila, but then my parents decided to transfer here in Cebu. And what sucks is, all the bands that I love played concerts in Manila when I'm already here in Cebu!! What the...
So yeah, basically I missed seeing all of my fave bands.
it sucks..when will they ever play here in Cebu???

i don't know. if sponsors are generous. perhaps they could play here.
and usually, they're here for events like Sinulog and Octoberfest.
if only there's a connecting bridge from Cebu to Manila it won't be that hard, right? - lol.

We are lucky to live here in Manila because there are alot of events here. Well, I've already watch Side A, MYMP and Freestyle perform in a concert but I've seen them perform separately. I've watched Side A perform with freestyle in Araneta Coliseum several years back. It was really great and we really joined it. What more if MYMP performs with them? That would be fabulous! I like the songs of MYMP although their stage presence is not that good. Well, I am not sure yet if I would be able to watch that concert since I have a three-week old son. I'll probably end up watching videos of the concert in youtube, same as you.

yes. you guys are very fortunate.
you have all the great malls, the carnivals. i even want to see the "Dino's" show.
only missing here is money. lol.
well, you have a lot of beautiful places there - natural beauties.

That's really a sad thing if you are a "LOCAL BAND" follower. But i heard that these bands also have events in your hometown.
I am a friend personal friend of Side A band, been in their gigs a lot of times even mostly gigs on bars. We sent email to friends when they have upcoming events, just to keep them updated.

last time i heard about SIDE A performing here in our place was this year. i think they had a show on waterfront - but - since i am one of those "last-to-know" people, i found out 3 weeks later from the said event.

i'd love to watch that concert but we already have other plans so hopefuly they might do a repeat. I've seen the perform separately and all of the are really great. MYMP even sang at our wedding ... Filipino artists are truly talented

MYMP was here too last week. they performed in SM Cebu for the promotion of their album.
and yes, i do pray they would have a repeat for their trio concert.
