Nothing Could Be Further From The Truth!whether u call it over-acidity,acid-overload, or acidosis,it amounts to too much tissue-acid waste in ur body ,and its a "real silent killer".The blood which flows through acid tissues itself becomes acidic.You know, "diseases cannot survive in an alkaline state",and "total healing only takes place when if the blood is restored to a normal, slightly alkaline pH."Acidosis(an extended time in acid pH state),is primary indicator of Calcium Deficiency Disease,and it can result in rheumatoid arthritis,diabetes,lupus,tuberculosis,infarction,stroke,high blood pressure,most cancers and many more. Balancing the pH is a major step toward well-being.

You are absolutely right! To alkalize your body may take time, but it's easy to do. Stop eating fast food! Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Cut back on the meat you eat. Eat more often, but in much smaller portions. You can find eating plans on the internet for diabetics. Even if you aren't diabetic, this is the way you should be eating. Look into it and alkalize your body for maximum health. Thanks for posting this subject dinkan.
