Growing up under s single parent, the challenges

I lost my dad when i was just two, since then my mum has been taking care of me and our family. I know things wouldn't be as difficult as they are, but at the same time, i see it as a source of motivation to succeed in life and i observed that most exceptional great men were raised by single parents especially there Mom. In summary, i am thinking that being raised by a single parent usually makes one to be more determined to succeed
