Foremost, you didn't mention your age here but I assume that you're in your 30's already. I'm fully aware that fruits and vegetables are good for everyone's health (young and old alike) and if I'm not mistaken, older people should steer clear from fatty foods like burgers, fries, and meat products; as well as sugary and salty delicacies such as cakes, ice creams, pastries, chocolates, coffee, and candies. In particular, I believe that green and leafy vegetables such as cabbage, lettuce, bitter gourd, okra, squash, and eggplant, among others. I think beans are healthy but these are being avoided because they might lead to rheumatism. Honestly, I'm a sweet tooth myself so I'm certain that I'm going to find it much difficult to avoid these sweets. I guess it's adviseable to take everything in moderation for me, as early as now. If inspite of eating more healthy foods, you still experience less focus on your work, I guess you do have to take into consideration leading a stress-free life and changing your sleeping time routine or pattern. Good luck and Happy holidays!

try to eat chocolate, some research saying chocolate will boost your energy maybe because of the content of chocolate like caffeine, but be sure to brush your teeth after eating chocolate it may cause of tooth cavity.

Concentration is a state and quality of mind. One needs to fully relaxed and positive to keep the mind focussed and stable. Good life style along with regular meditation ensure stability and concentration of mind. Sometimes, one needs to stay away from the crowd and be alone in a natural surrounding to feel the beauty of nature. Regular exercise and doing some creative works keep the mind free and peaceful. Good habits and behavior help one to maintain a balanced state of mind. Thanks.

Eat a breakfast that'll keep you going till lunch (if you start work early in the morning) with a lot of fibre like unprocessed cereals or muslie and weetabix. Poridge sometimes helps too. Try not to drink coffee or tea in the morning first thing.

Eating lot of fruits and vegetables makes you actually younger. These contain lot of anti oxidants. Green tea helps you more anti oxidants and helps you concentrate in your work better.
