What is up with Lifetime?

I usually watch sitcoms on the Lifetime TV channel on weekday mornings. I like to watch the Golden Girls, Frazier, and Will and Grace. But now, it seems I cannot tell when these shows are going to be on anymore. Did they change their programming? Are they testing certain shows? Some days these programs are on, and some days they aren't. Has anyone gotten it figured out?
