Tell some events where u played a leadership role and made a difference?

Way back in college, I was part of different organizations. In one of my organizations, we were sort of ecologists and we somehow did a lot of tree planting activities and environmental education to kids. In a way, doing these felt like I made a difference to the community. I guess, making a difference need not necessarily that big but you know small steps leading to achieving the great difference.
