I think it is pretty nice, but the text is horrid. Correct the text, move the nike logo if possible to a lower corner, and you are set... Maybe increase the ManU's logo a little bit.

The central logo should maybe be enlarged and put on the back of the shirt... with that I think it might look a lot better.
