I made a turkey and ham casserole which we were eating for lunches and/or dinners for about 2 days. We still have turkey and ham left but I'm totally done with it. I can't even look at it anymore. I'm not one of those people that can eat leftovers for days and days.

That casserole sounds good, i'm done with leftovers to.
My honey is finishing the green bean casserole and the rest of turkey tomorrow.

Friday I cleaned the turkey up. I cut the rest of the meat off the bones then put the bones into soup. I then put some of the turkey in the freezer so we won't get tired of it. I just might make cassadias for my grandson since I do have a couple of tortillas and plenty of cheese. That should make him happy.

I say we will be done by the weekend or at the end of the weekend since we dont have a lot of turkey left. But im sure we will be having turkey sandwiches tomorow for lunch and possibly on sunday depending how much turkey my dad eats which im sure he will eat a lot lol.
