How was your Turkey day?

I juss wanted to know how was everybody's Thanksgiving. I had to work but it was good I helped cook and the fam that was here came over. What is everybody's tradiion? And what do ya'll usually eat? At my house we ate turkey, ham, candied yams, green beans w/ potatoes, sausage stuffing, collard greens, mac and cheese and sweet potatoe pie for dessert. We had alot of food but that's what the holidays are about food, fun and of course family.

I had to work, social security doesn't pay home health, or even nursing home workers, holidays. I did take off to have a mid-day meal with my mom and brother, and then finished my time and then picked up my roomie at her folks. We were home and in bed by 6!

We had a great thanksgiving.... had some family come over and did that whole thing... and it was really good to see my cousins! and the food was so good. we all pigged out big time lol we had turkey, ham, green beans, mash potatoes, stuffing, collard greens, bread rolls, cranberry stuff? and for dessert we had cheese cake, chocolate pie and pumpkin pie!
today was like thanksgiving all over again too. because i had everything that i had on thanksgiving again today! for lunch and dinner! i feel so fat right now from eating all this food. lol i am gonna have to go for a couple of jogs this week! lol

Our Thanksgiving was pretty good. I cooked a turkey and a bunch of other stuff but I did take a shortcut and bought pies from the store instead of baking them myself. My daughter and her family came over, my stepson and his family also came over, so we had a full house for awhile. It was tiring but fun. Afterwards, I spent some time shopping online, which was also fun!
