What's The World's Worst Credit Card?

I got a credit card threw nextwave titanium plus. Basicaly threw moneymart. It was a prepaid credit card supposeed to restore your credit. I used it alot on online purchases, had my pay go directly onto the card, and used it for ebay stuff. Then i got a statement in the mail! Wow the fees! i was charged 2.00 every time money went onto the card. 1.50 every time i used it. and i am in canada, when i purchased stuff on ebay from an american they charged me 2.50 plus %10 of the purchase price in fees! I ended up spending 100 in fees in one month! Wow they charge alot in fees! Then when i went there to put my check from child tax onto my card they charged me a $5 check cashing fee and the $2.00 to load the money on the card! I would totaly not use that card again. Nor would i recomend them for anyone looking to establish there credit. It dont work they DONT report to credit agencies!
