how often do u brush your teeth everyday?

I will also brush my teeth twice a day. When I wake up in the morning, I will brush my teeth. At night I will also brush my teeth before going to sleep. I love China

I usually brush my teeth like three times a day. once when i wake up and once after i have had my coffee because my teeth feel gritty by then. Then again i will brush them after dinner.

I used to brush twice;one at early morning after woke up and second before going to bed to sleep. Morning it will take 2 to 3 minutes but at night,it will bw one minute. Dentist advises to clean the teeth twice a day as per above schedule.

i brush my teeth twice a day... i spend two minutes on them in the morning and i spend probably around 5-10 minutes on them at night... at night is when i do everything.... flossing, tongue cleaning and i have a power tooth brush and a non-power one.. i use both them at night. kind of like i brush my teeth twice in one setting lol but i use two because my power tooth brush is too rough on my gums. so i then brush my gum line with my regular tooth brush......

Well. you should not brush your teeth too often as than reduces the ENAMEL of your teeth and they grow weak. you should brush them about twice daily at a 12 hours gap. this will keep your teeth healthy. usually in the morning because its after a long night and there is bacteria in you mouth is you do not speak for long and the at night because of the entire day of food and drinks. Twice brushing keeps the teeth healthy.
