This is the most reliable list because this comes from Ebay - which is also owned by Paypal: http://pages.ebay.ph/bankwithdrawal/bank_codes_ph.html You can withdraw funds to any of these banks in the list. However, their bank fees are different. For instance, BDO bank accounts charges around P200 on top of your funds from Paypal, BPI bank accounts only charges P150, while Unionbank and Metrobank bank accounts don't charge anything. You have to use "withdraw to bank" option in Paypal, rather than "withdraw to card" option if you have a debit or ATM card tied up to your bank account. If you have other banks, ask them for the charges that they impose on "electronic fund transfer" rather than asking them for Paypal charges - many bank tellers are not aware of Paypal. Although you can get a free Paypal account and start to accumulate earnings from various sites including myLot, you need to verify your Paypal account to withdraw earnings out from Paypal. To make your Paypal verified, you need a credit card for it. I heard that some credit cards link well with Paypal, but if you don't have one, the only possible alternative in the Philippines is to get a Unionbank EON card and use that to verify your Paypal account. :)

Thanks a lot for your post. Currently, I have a banco de oro atm but I didn't ask yet if paypal is available there. So I guess I will register for a Union Bank Eon Card.

Thanks a lot! I have a BDO ATM and tried to use that to verify Paypal. I was not successful with that.

I used my BPI credit card to be verified on paypal and I use my BPI savings account and eon (union bank) to withdraw money but I use BPI most of the time than EON because the money arrives faster on my BPI account like 1 to 2 days after the status on paypal got completed compared to EON that sometimes took 5 days .

i guess there are a bunch of banks in the Philippines where you'll able to transfer paypal money, as long as the you have the bank code and a bank account. in my case, i'm using my PNB or my EON card (Unionbank) for my paypal withdrawal. i also heard that some bank charges for the transaction but i think better if you have a unionbank account because it does not charge you on your paypal transfer.
